The curatorship is a space where we proceed from the rehearsal. Professionally, being a curator meant in these years the possibility of constructing discourses, but also of deforming them since curating is to a certain extent editing while creating. Being in charge of institutional or independent projects, curatorial activity has always implied great responsibility: theoretical, historical and socio-cultural. That is why in my case, I prefer to incorporate risk into the work processes and conceive of the exhibitions as staging in context, where research and archiving are made into conscious practices, not at all neutral, and functional to the conception of the curators. as tenant workers of a culture that is always in motion.
