Testimony

Being a professional curator means being in charge of the interpretation of a set of works that will be part of an exhibition. Curation, for me, is interpretation and communication. Both. If communication fails, the study and research that was put into interpretation is worthless. A curator is completely in charge of these aspects and thinks and discusses them with the team: curators, designers, educators. Each of these roles has a point of view to take into account when presenting and thinking about how to do it. Professionalism also involves recognizing the limits and asking for the necessary advice, both technical and conceptual.
